Preschool Fun!

I do this with my daycare/preschool kids all the time, they love it and it keeps there little hands busy for hours. I've used beans and rice, both are fun, just make sure to put a blanket underneath for easy clean-up! This version found here.

Stick Puppets!
The other day I was strolling up and down the aisles at Wal-mart and came across these cute wooden figures in the craft section.
Ideas started brewing, and before long (5-minutes tops) I had all these cute puppets for my preschool kids.
I just hot glued some craft sticks to the back and that's it. Super simple craft.
The kids love them, now all I need is a puppet theater to go with them.
Happy Crafting!!!

Paper Dolls for Kids.

I keep going back to this website over and over again for fun things to do with my kids. These PAPERDOLLS are super FUN! There are a ton of different themes. You can choose any hair or clothes that you want, then print and cut out. They even have clothes for making your own Nativity Set as well. They come in Color or Black and White so your kids can color them if they choose. Go check out how to make a cute Witch HERE at Making Friends.
P.S. when you go to the website, look for a tab that says paperdoll friends (top left).

The best bubble solution ever.
I just wanted to share this bubble solution that I've used in the past for my Day Care, it's the best homemade bubbles that I've tried.
Warning!! Don't shake or stir the bubbles to much or they won't work.
Recipe as follows:
1 gallon of water
1 cup of Dawn Dish washing Liquid (No substitutes)
1/2 cup of Light Corn Syrup
Mix together slowly in a large plastic tub, use plastic hangers to make gigantic bubbles like in the posted pictures.
